When the user has registered, 24h Berlin uses cookies to be able to identify the user during her/his visit on 24h Berlin and to recognize the user when she/he logs on again to 24h Berlin. Such a cookie will be stored on the computer of the user. Via the settings of her/his computer, the user can delete such cookies or ensure a use without cookies. Of course, it is also applicable in this connection that 24h Berlin will not analyze the cookie in order to prepare user profiles and the like!
The inventory data will be deleted at the latest at the end of the calendar year following the termination of the contractual relation, unless there are special reasons opposing this in the individual case. Furthermore, inventory data may be stored up to two years if the processing of complaints as well as other reasons of a proper processing of the contractual relation require this. Moreover, inventory and invoice data may remain stored insofar as statutory regulations provide for this or the pursuit of claims requires this.
Every time 24h Berlin is used, the current IP address of the user will be stored by 24h Berlin together with the current time, date and activity performed by the user. All this is made via an anonymized procedure. These data will of course not be used to prepare user profiles and the like. However, they may be used and disclosed by order of a court of law, upon request by an investigating authority or for evidence purposes. The user has the right to object to this processing and use of her/his data at any time.
By order of a court of law, upon request by an investigating authority or for evidence purposes (e.g. in case of a breach of the GTC), the data and information stored by 24h Berlin may be used within the framework of applicable law and may be disclosed to third parties if required.
The data of the users will never and under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties, unless this is absolutely necessary, as described above. In no event will data be sold to third parties, passed on for advertising purposes or used in excess of the required minimum.
